The free content is contributed by the local business community and is rated by peers and colleagues. When expert advice is needed, it is available through an Ask a Coach facility.

Prior companies include Intuit, Blue Pumpkin Software, Scopus (acquired by Siebel), and Lotus Development. He has an MBA and a BA in Economics.
